Can use my phone all day and have plenty of juice left at the end of the day. If you own a Thunderbolt you need this.

Pros:  Excellent battery life
Cons:  A little bulkier, but really not bad.

I bought the extended battery for both mine and my wifes Thunderbolt. The phone is now finally as useful as it ws designed to be. Before the extended battery, both of us were tied to our charger cords (home, office, car). There actually times when I worried about whether I should make a phone call if I was out somewhere, because I knew it could mean a precipitous drop in battery power. I would actually subconsciously thnk about how I could ration the use of the phone to coincide with the next needed charge. But the functionality was such that, I was just willing to do that. This extended battery has changed all that for the better. I have gone many a 16 or even 18 hour day, and have NEVER been below 35 on the battery. It is as advertised. The little extra bulk is noticable, but completely pales in importance when considering increased usefullness. My opinion is, do not hesitate to get this battery.

I bought the phone with the Seidio holster. The holster works with the phone well. It is OK. But the fit is lacking (a little loose) and because the spring release is on the outside, I am afraid that I am going to brush up against something and inadvertantly release the phone to the floor. I have to say that I have had the case for a couple of weeks and that has not happened, but it is only a matter of time. All it really needs is a little flip switch "safety" which would lock the release door down until you wanted it to be released. This would require a small additional step (flip the safety) to release the phone, but would make the risk factor go way down. Otherwise it seems to work fine.

The extended battery was a great purchase for me. I no longer have to charge my phone every day the phone takes less time to power up (and down) and using the phone is easier with the added power.
StarStarStarStarStar Necessary, but you still need to charge

The stock battery for the Thunderbolt is insufficient. What you do with your phone determines how long your battery will last. With a highly capable phone, youre naturally more likely to use it more often. So . . . the additional use wears the battery down. The extended battery makes the phone bulkier, and heavier than I would like. However, the additional power it provides is essential.

Pros:  Must have! Battery life easily makes it a full day with heavy use
Cons:  Thicker

Stock thunderbolt battery is horrible as you know. With this battery I easily last a full day (18 plus hours) and usually have 50 left! This is with moderate to heavy usages definitely recommend!
