This adapter works so well that I want to order another one to keep inside. I keep the first one in the car.

Pros:  You can can charge and still use headset
Cons:  Be careful where and how you use it.

Initially the adapter was great. I charged and listened to music. After about a month though the adapter would somehow automatically change the song im listening to or start playing music at the wrong time (this happened only while charging). When I tried to charge via usb on my pc, it also caused a few restarts at work. Lastly, dont talk on the phone with your earpiece while charging it makes u sound like a robot and their is a constant buzz for the person on the other line. But it does what it says it does....just not too well.
