Pros: works well new
Cons: cable doesnt last long

Great when the cable is brand new.works well.in a few months, it will become weak and not stay connected well nor will it charge correctly.but for the price, its a deal.not a bad idea to have a few cables on hand.I always keep one in my purse anyway so that I always have juice because my phone uses so much.so all in all.its fine and I still give it 5 stars.

Pros: Website is extremely user friendly-found what I needed right away.
Cons: -

I was uncertain what item to purchase, however the user friendly website made my decision making much easier. The turn around time was exceptionally fast. I will use HTC Depot for all future purchases. In fact I am about to place an order now!

Cons: Its way overpriced

This is nothing more than a simple USB to Micro-B 4ft. wire. You can find the same type of cable for around $1 ($2 gets you 15ft.) online.

Product Engineer needs to be FIRED!

Every student of engineering knows about shear forces, stress and strain analysis. The area with the greatest amount of stress when the plug is located where the adapters are attached to the plug. Thats why most plugs have that extra rubbery padding that allows it be flexible.

Either HTC engineers are a bunch of retards OR theyre out to scam consumers by forcing them to pay them more money to replace their defective products.
