Pros: Soft leather, good quality

This is an excellent quality case for my Thunderbolt. Fits extremely well, even with an extended battery (although it is snug).

Only issue is the plastic belt clip, I would have preferred metal and a magnetic closure instead of the velcro.

Overall, however, this is a solid investment and an excellent case.

I cant believe the high quality for this low price! Im very pleased with this case. There is no way you could lose the phone out of this case. It fits snugly, but not too tight, into the case and the cover is secured with velcrom, which is a huge plus over magnetic or metal snaps which can cause the phone to reboot. Very easy access to unit on belt or when hand carried, which I frequently do. The leather is soft like suede and really looks nice. You cant go wrong with this case. Also, got very fast service from HTC Depot and will shop here anytime I need accessories.

Good Non-magnetic Velcro Latch

This has been a good choice. A main feature I was looking for was NO MAGNETS! The HTC Touch Pro uses a magnetic switch to sense when the keyboard is slipped open. All the cases I find locally used magnetic latches which triggered the touch screen on when in the case. The result is that the phone would be layers deep in some unknown menu when riding in the case. The Velcro latch of the Nite Ize case eliminated the problem. So, my smart phone which had become a source of frustration, is my welcome companion again.

The belt clip is generously sized so that it fits over a woven leather belt I frequently wear (the belt is typical width but a bit thicker than a normal dress belt). The clip of my last case was too thin.

The pocket of the case does hold the phone very snugly. It takes a bit of effort to extract the phone. Not sure this is a negative, but something to be aware of.

The transaction with HTC Depot was all that is should be: accurate charges and prompt delivery. Ill shop here again.

This case works well with the Thunderbolt, with the extended battery. Even with the added thickness, the case closes and keeps the phone secure.

Pros: nice color and finish
Cons: tight fit and hate the Velcro

I thought I would like the Velcro instead of a magnetic closure. No being able to unholster quietly thanks to the Velcro.
I hope the elastic in the case stretches with time and use.

Case will fit a Extended Battery Evo

This case will fit a 2700 mAh Li-ion Extended Battery. it will fit it snugly but the case will work well.

The case is a light tan color.. not black like the pictures show.

I would prefer a magnetic closing case.. the velco is loud when opening and closing the case.

The case was made well and attractive, but with an extended battery, its really not large enough.

It was tight with a standard battery, but probably would loosen up with use.

Leather case for Thunderbolt

I searched far and wide for a case for my new Thunderbolt. I would not purchase one with a magnetic closure, since the magnets mess up the screen (Why hasnt everyone figured this out?)

I love the case, especially the effective clip (I dropped my Droid in the toilet because the case didnt have a good clip, so I added a strap and removed the magnet.)

Problem--The case is really too tight for the Thunderbolt. I had to cut a big hole in the bottom of the case so I could push it out without messing it up or dropping it. Also, I had to attach a wrist strap by punching a hole and using the strap from my Droid case (The one that I operated on.)

Please make these improvements and let me know when the new case is ready. I will be your first customer.

cargo crap case

Cons: Snug? Not even close to fitting.

Big waste of $ shipping and handling both ways. Snug fit as in not even close.This was checked to fit a thunderbolt? Fail!
